Greentech Renewables’ Management Training program is tailored to sales‑minded candidates seeking management positions in the growing solar industry. Management Trainees are taught every aspect of the business in order to supervise their own multi‑million‑dollar location upon completion of the training.

On‑the‑job training lasts approximately 18–24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Trainees also attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is required; the program provides the tools needed for success. Ideal candidates have outstanding communication skills, are geographically flexible, and thrive in an energetic, multi‑faced industry.

• Participate in the 18–24 month training program across multiple business functions.
• Attend classroom and online sessions covering solar PV, sales, and management.
• Apply learned skills in real‑world settings and contribute to business development.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports and presentations.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or related experience considered).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Willingness and ability to relocate during and after the program.

Training takes place in warehouse, office, and external environments. Activities include lifting, sorting, standing, and exposure to extreme heat or cold. Office segments may involve prolonged sitting. Some training segments require travel by car and air.
