Pricing Strategist

Job Description

This role sits within the Sales Strategy team and is focused on supporting customer pricing initiatives. Day to day, this person will partner closely with Sales to price new and existing customer requests, such as formula modifications or new spice blends for key accounts. They’ll build pricing models from the ground up, factoring in labor, cost of goods, and margin targets, while also developing forecasts tied to those decisions.

The role acts as a key analytical partner to Sales, supporting forecasting and overall pricing strategy.

• ~5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or similar
• Proven experience building pricing structures for customers
• Strong ability to work with complex datasets to set competitive pricing that drives revenue, margin, and market share
• Experience analyzing pricing data and recommending pricing strategies
• Background in forecasting (revenue, margin, market share)
• Ability to support marketing and commercial teams with insights on pricing trends and competitive landscape
• Strong communication skills; able to present analyses to sales, marketing, and leadership
• Experience in CPG or food manufacturing strongly preferred
