In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full‑Time)

Hourly pay: $19.00 + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission. Full‑time schedule: 5 days per week, 12:05 pm to 9:00 pm.

Entry‑level sales and tech support role. Responsible for serving customers in their homes, addressing technical issues, and selling solutions.

• Serve:
  Meet customers at their residences and provide exceptional customer service to meet sales targets.
• Solve:
  Diagnose and resolve customers’ technical problems, ensuring a clear solution and recommending future products.
• Sell:
  Use the Asurion product line to offer tailored solutions, listen actively to needs, and close sales with strong negotiation skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (motorcycles, Manhattan vehicles excluded).
• Own personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) and personal cell phone.
• Ability to travel up to 120 miles one‑way and work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills; comfortable in a sales environment with set targets.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and goal‑oriented with a passion for learning.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked.
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend paid monthly.
• 3‑4 week paid training offered.
• Early access to earned pay.
