Position Overview
Outreach Coordinator This is a full-time role for the Virginia territory with a salary range of $40k - $60k plus bonuses. The work mode is in person and on-site in the field, requiring a proactive professional to drive community growth and establish new provider networks.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Travel

Travel 3 days a week directly to various doctors' offices within the region.Marketing Delivery

Conduct routine cold calling and high-volume mailing campaigns to schedule meetings.
Qualifications
Outreach Coordinator Candidates must possess a minimum of 1+ year of direct healthcare marketing experience and a proven ability to travel frequently. Because field travel is mandatory, a valid driver's license and a reliable car are strictly required.
Outreach Coordinator The ideal candidate is a natural hustler who is highly personable in face-to-face environments and exceptionally warm on the phones during outbound lead generation.
Compensation & BonusesOutreach Coordinator The base salary range for this full-time role is $40k - $60k plus performance-based bonuses.
