The Feel Better Lounge is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Membership Specialist to join our full-time team. Our Lounge delivers cutting-edge, holistic wellness services including IV nutritional therapy, vitamin injections, supplements, AI Robotic massage, cryotherapy, red light therapy, medical weight loss programs, and more. As a Membership Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and play a pivotal role on our team through exceptional customer service, confident product recommendations, and consistent membership and service sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome clients and act as a trusted guide through our wellness offerings
• Use relationship-building communication to identify client goals and recommend appropriate services, packages, and membership plans
• Proactively promote treatments, add-ons, and retail products to maximize client results and revenue
• Manage appointment bookings and ensure seamless daily service flow
• Conduct point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and care
• Support the Wellness Program Director with promotional initiatives and client engagement strategies
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training to stay informed and effective in client interactions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Outgoing, confident communicator with a passion for client service
• 2+ years of experience in a sales-focused role (hospitality, or related field)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Comfortable initiating conversations and closing sales
• Strong organizational skills and a team-first mindset
• Enthusiasm for wellness and holistic health
