Haley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager
. The Used Car Sales Manager oversees pre-owned vehicle inventory, leads the sales team, and drives profitability while managing day-to-day dealership operations. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with excellent leadership skills, experience work with customers, and comfortable managing a large inventor of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Appraise trade-ins, purchase vehicles via auctions, and manage pricing and reconditioning. Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.
• Team Leadership: Coach, train, and motivate the sales staff, leading daily sales meetings. Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
• Sales Strategy: Set monthly and yearly quotas, track performance metrics via CRM tools, and maximize gross profit margins. Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
• Customer Relations: Resolve buyer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in automotive sales management with a strong background in pre-owned inventory.
• Skills: Proficient in valuation, auction buying, digital lead management, and deal-structuring/finance.
• Traits: Results-driven mindset, strong communication, and hands-on leadership.
