Responsibilities
- Build and develop a sales strategy for assigned territory and customer base.
- Drive territory penetration with effective call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
- Increase utilization via product demonstrations; provide customer training and education on indications, contraindications, and safety.
- Execute launch installation action plans; use reward programs and enrollment tools to drive consumable usage.
- Coordinate user meetings and intro workshops; support trade shows and workshops.
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships; identify new customers and grow existing accounts; complete business evaluations/reviews.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the industry and competitive products.
- Maintain consistent collaboration/communication with surgical and non-surgical specialists, marketing, and clinical counterparts.
- Generate leads and cross-selling opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
- Prepare sales contracts (terms, quotes, pricing).
- Complete administrative tasks (quarterly business plans, maintain account profiles/customer database, expense reports).
- Build customer loyalty through superior service and effective communication.
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2+ years B2B sales experience required.
- Experience selling consumables or medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in a FDA-regulated environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology; surgical techniques/procedures.
- Ability to understand/communicate product attributes; strong planning/organization.
- Ability to influence and close; agile time management and priority setting.
- Strong written/oral communication; ability to present clinical/technical information to providers and groups.
- Ability to connect with all employee levels.
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
- Travel ~75% (including overnights; occasional weekends for events).
- Ability to transport up to 60 lbs of equipment.
- Technical acumen to use software and basic hardware.
- Starting base pay: $80K–$100K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive plan.
