We're seeking Automotive Salespeople who want to be part of the next chapter of West Broad Hyundai.

Whether you're an experienced automotive professional who knows how to build relationships and a loyal customer base, or you're newer to the industry and bring energy, technology skills, and fresh ideas, we'd like to meet you.

• Build relationships with customers from first contact through delivery and follow-up.
• Learn and confidently present Hyundai products, technology, features, and competitive models.
• Use CRM, phone, text, email, and social media to prospect, communicate, and maintain customer relationships.
• Develop new business through referrals, repeat customers, networking, and personal prospecting.
• Set and work toward monthly sales goals while managing your time and follow-up effectively.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Work with management and the sales team to structure and close deals.
• Follow dealership processes while looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing dealership and manufacturer training.
• Take ownership of your results while contributing to a positive, professional team environment.
