CareScout Sales & Operations Intern

Genworth is seeking a Care Scout Sales & Operations Intern for Summer 2027 to support our Finance & Insurance business. You will assist sales and operations teams with data analysis, pipeline tracking, reporting, and process improvement to advance Care Scout solutions. Responsibilities include preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, maintaining CRM data, and supporting customer insights and performance metrics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners, learn about long-term care and financial security products, and gain experience in a culture that values accountability, integrity, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and operations teams with data analysis and reporting
• Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipeline tracking
• Assist in preparing presentations and sales enablement materials
• Help coordinate internal and client meetings and follow-up actions
• Support process improvement initiatives in sales and operations workflows
• Compile customer and market insights to inform sales strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Care
• Scout initiatives
• Produce weekly and monthly performance metrics and dashboards
