The Role in Brief:

Revenue Associate

As a part of EAB's Commercial Strategy and Operations team, the Revenue Associate position will be responsible for the accurate and timely booking of revenue and sales commissions for the company as well as maintaining accuracy of the firm's renewal pools. The Revenue Associate will work with diverse groups within the company to gather revenue information, confirm compliance with company financial and contract policies, and ensure the Company's CRM and financial systems match contracts.

This role may be based in Richmond, VA or Washington, D.C. and will report into the Director, Revenue Operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyze partner contracts to calculate sales credit in Salesforce
  • Responsible for accuracy of pool (YoY) data within Salesforce for specific products
  • Perform regular sales and revenue reporting to senior management and group leaders
  • Conduct audits of pool data for owned business lines based on Sales Leaders and Analytics teams' needs
  • Update the Company's partner management system to reflect changes in partner organizational structures or new partners
  • Act as liaison between finance and sales teams to ensure the proper and timely exchange of data
  • Act as point of contact to handle inquiries from sales and finance teams in relation to contracts and Salesforce crediting
  • Other miscellaneous revenue analysis projects, including:
  • Daily and weekly audits of data for specific business lines;
  • Reporting on changes to specific revenue types on quarterly, half, or end of Fiscal year;
  • Providing weekly pacing recommendations each month for new booked business
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-2+ years of experience
  • Excellent academic record
  • Must possess at least two of the following:
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, specifically regarding data entry
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, or databases
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage details and organize

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary for this role is $40,000 per year.
