Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is hiring Armed Sergeants to support security operations for City of Richmond facilities. This role provides on-site leadership while ensuring safety, compliance, and professional security operations with a particular emphasis on customer service.

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Virginia DCJS Armed Registration
- Minimum 1 year of armed security experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license or state
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Flexible availability; assignments and shifts may vary
- City of Richmond facilities
- Indoor and outdoor posts
- Overtime as required by operational needs
