Security Officer - Armed Part Time

Allied Universal - Up to $16.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and staff at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols at regular and random intervals throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or policy violations.;
Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization, and manage entry and exit in accordance with post orders and government facility requirements.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, communication with site representatives, and coordination with law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.;
Complete timely reports and documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity records, and maintain assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines.
