Security Officer - Dispatch

Allied Universal - Up to $25.85/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Operate the dispatch function for a commercial real estate location by monitoring alarms, cameras, and access control activity, and coordinating responses via phone, radio, and/or electronic systems.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including prioritizing calls for service and notifying on-site personnel and/or emergency services as required by post orders.;
Maintain detailed dispatch logs and incident documentation, including time-stamped events, notifications made, and follow-up actions, and communicate status updates to property management and/or supervisors.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as directed, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns per site procedures.
