Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifying appropriate contacts, and documenting actions taken.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, docks, parking areas, and perimeter zones; working environments and conditions may vary by site and weather.;
Support access control by checking identification and authorization, monitoring entry and exit points, directing visitors, and assisting with vehicle and/or pedestrian screening as required by post orders.;
Operate and monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and radio communications; complete activity logs and incident reports per policy.
