Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, financial institution policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control entry and exit at designated doors and/or vehicle gates by verifying identification and authorization, issuing and collecting visitor credentials, and maintaining required access logs;
Monitor alarm panels, CCTV, and other security-related systems for unusual activity, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and documenting events in timely, accurate reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, ATMs, offices, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity
