Security Officer Experienced Mornings Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or public responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with visitor directions and/or inquiries, and support property rules and other security-related protocols.;
Prepare clear, timely reports on patrol activity, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate notable issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
