Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to control access, support visitor screening practices, and/or assist with directional guidance as needed;
Support emergency and medical-related response activities by communicating with staff, first responders, and/or supervisors during incidents, evacuations, or other urgent events
