Security Officer Unarmed

Position: Security Officer Unarmed Afternoons
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assisting with access control, visitor interactions, and reporting of maintenance, lighting, and other property-related concerns that may impact daily operations.;
Support after-hours and routine building operations by observing activity throughout the location, following post orders, and preparing accurate incident and activity reports.
