Security Officer Unarmed

Position: Security Officer Unarmed Full Time
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and around the building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and building activity, report maintenance or security-related concerns, and communicate with property management and/or public responders when needed;
Be attentive and proactive to deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service
