Security Officer Unarmed

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, parking areas, common areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify maintenance or access concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and access points while reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unusual conditions in accordance with site expectations and Allied Universal guidelines.
