Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry and reporting irregularities to the appropriate contact.;
Support day-to-day operations by maintaining awareness of changing site conditions, following post orders, and completing required reports related to security-related activities.
