, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

  • Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do
  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report concerns or maintenance‑related issues.
  • Monitor access points, observe property activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, and/or disruptive behavior through visible presence and routine observation.
  • Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and following Allied Universal protocols and client site expectations in a professional manner.
Minimum Requirements
  • Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
