Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points, observe activity, and document daily events, incidents, and policy violations;
Support a professional atmosphere by assisting with directions and reporting security-related concerns and suspicious activity;
Respond to incidents and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed
