Security Officer - Hospital Patrol- Overnight Shift

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or first responders when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening processes, badge checks, and/or directional support in accordance with site procedures and healthcare location protocols;
Document observed activity, incidents, and/or policy-related concerns through detailed reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors, staff, and/or emergency personnel as appropriate
