Virginia Commonwealth University is seeking a full-time Safety Ambassador to support campus safety. This on-site, non-sworn civilian role works with VCU Police to respond to calls that do not require sworn officers.
The Safety Ambassador provides a visible presence campus-wide and serves as a first point of contact for students, faculty, staff and visitors, requiring strong judgment, communication, and de-escalation skills.
