** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and/or maritime personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, grounds, parking areas, waterfront-adjacent areas, and perimeter locations, noting and reporting unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals, vehicles, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with site policies.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.

+ Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while helping to deter unauthorized access and policy violations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.

+ A guard card/license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
