Monday, Thursday, Saturday 7pm-6am

PAYRATE: $17.50

We are currently seeking an active, diligent and adaptable Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be entrusted with maintaining the safety and security of our client. In this versatile role, you will constantly be on the move. A typical day could include:

• Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Keeping an eye on security cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity or breaches. Security officers often watch for shoplifting, loitering, or other unauthorized behaviors.
• Responding to Incidents: Quickly responding to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. This may include assisting with medical emergencies or contacting law enforcement if necessary.
• Assisting Customers and Employees: Providing assistance and support to customers and employees with security-related concerns.
• Completing Incident Reports: Documenting any security-related incidents or activities that occur during shifts. This helps store management and law enforcement track and address security issues effectively.
• Collaborating with Management: Working closely with store management and other security team members to address security concerns and implement effective solutions. This may involve participating in security meetings or training sessions.
• Maintaining a Visible Presence: Acting as a deterrent to criminal activity by maintaining a visible and approachable presence in the store. This can help create a sense of security for both employees and customers.
• Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulations at all times. This includes following store protocols for handling security incidents and adhering to relevant laws and regulations governing security operations.
