As a Maintenance Technician at Peak, you’ll work across a mix of residential and commercial properties, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs. You’ll have the support of a Field Supervisor and Director of Maintenance, clear expectations, and systems that help you succeed, not slow you down.
This is a full-time role (40 hours/week).

- Communicate professionally with residents, owners, vendors, and team members
- Coordinate work with the Field Supervisor and Director of Maintenance
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and work vehicles
- Document work thoroughly using company software
- Deliver high-quality service with the goal of earning 5-star reviews
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of maintenance, construction, or skilled trade experience
- EPA / HVAC certification preferred
- Light plumbing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work
- Comfortable using a smart device for work orders and communication
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
- No smoking on job sites or in company vehicles (if provided)
- $20–$30 per hour, based on experience
