Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 18 - 20 USD Hourly USD 18.00 20.00 HOUR

Currently hiring for skilled construction laborers for commercial projects in Richmond, VA. You will be responsible for assisting lead tradesman (carpenters, plumbers, electricians) on various project tasks such as site clean up, equipment storage and overall job site clean up. OSHA 10 and experience with lull/fork lift operating is a plus. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience on commercial construction sites, is dependable and punctual.

Pay is $18 - $20 an hour based on skillset and experience.

Skilled Construction Laborer Responsibilities:

Assist skilled tradesman with various project tasks
Use hand tools to help assemble, install and repair
Clean up and demolition of materials and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints
Perform calculations to ensure accurate measurements and cuts

Skilled Construction Laborer Qualifications:

2+ years commercial construction experience
Your own reliable transportation
Your own tools and PPE
Valid Driver's License
OSHA 10 a plus
Lull/forklift operating experience a plus
