We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician who is passionate about providing exceptional service and has experience working in apartment communities. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

General Summary
Under the immediate supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within the apartment community.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, thermostats, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC problems to determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Respond to service requests and emergency calls promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Assist other maintenance staff as needed in other building repair activities.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and property management.
- Work on Aquatherm units
HVAC certification required.
Previous experience in HVAC maintenance required; especially with aquatherm and split units
Strong troubleshooting skills.
M-F work schedule; minimal on-call
