We are currently seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to work e's Apartments in Richmond, VA.

The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs, including specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry, and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
• Assist with emergency maintenance calls 24/7 as required.

• HVAC certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• Must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Normal work hours 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday (may vary slightly based on season) with occasional overtime.
• EPA Certification (preferred).

Background screening and drug test will be required.
