Concrete Foremen - Richmond, VA

Southeast Connections (SEC) is seeking experienced Concrete Foremen to oversee concrete crews on pipeline infrastructure projects in Richmond, VA. This role involves supervising field operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and managing construction activities. Ideal candidates are strong leaders with hands‑on experience in concrete work and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

• 4 year post secondary education or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of foreman experience (preferred)
• 3 years prior concrete experience (preferred)
• 1 year of mini excavator operating experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical labor
• Willingness to travel, possibly up to 2 weeks at a time
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
