Wagman is seeking Geotechnical Skilled Laborers to join their Geotechnical Group in Richmond, Virginia, and throughout the Mid Atlantic region. This role involves hands‑on outdoor work in various weather conditions, supporting construction projects with a focus on safety and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have construction experience, welding skills, and a willingness to travel across VA, DC, MD, and NC.

• Wage: $20.00/hr - $27.00/hr (Based on experience)

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Construction experience required
• AWS Welding certification preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist and 30 pounds above shoulder
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, work at heights up to 150 feet, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces
• Acceptable corrected vision and hearing
• Ability to work outdoors in wet, muddy, cold, hot, and humid weather
• Subject to drug testing and compliance policies as a Federal Contractor

• Experience in earth work, drilling, concrete, welding, and small tool operation
• Experience around drill rigs, small diameter drills, or shotcrete
• Construction experience with caisson, tiebacks, welding, drill rig knowledge, and/or concrete
