, is growing our installation team! We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Installer / Remodeling Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and is ready to build a long-term career.
If you have carpentry skills, basic plumbing experience, and enjoy hands-on work, this is your opportunity to join a stable, high-earning team with room for growth.
What You’ll Do- Travel to customer homes to complete professional installations
- Install bathtub liners, wall systems, fixtures, and trim
- Perform detailed finishing work, including caulking and sealing
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and job site
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and a great customer experience
- Carpentry and/or remodeling experience (
required
) - Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift heavy or awkward materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Average earnings: $85,000+ per year
Top performers can earn up to $100,000+
