Compensation Details: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Incentive/Spiffs
Dick Hill & Son is now part of Ace Hardware Home Services, providing a wide range of residential maintenance and home repair services including plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, handyman and painting.
Responsibilities- Install generator and related equipment, including gas lines, in residential and light commercial settings without supervision.
- Assemble and install heating and air‑conditioning units used in homes.
- Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
- Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
- Ensure our reputation for superior service during all customer interactions.
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned or required.
- 2+ years residential HVAC installation experience (preferred).
- Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow (preferred).
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
- High standards for workmanship; excellence and integrity matter.
