Commercial Roofer/Foreman Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Commercial Roofer/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing, a proven track record of successful project management, and a strong work history. As a Roofer/Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects of various sizes, managing project teams, and ensuring the highest quality of work.

Responsibilities:

• Roofing Expertise:
  Utilize your extensive knowledge of commercial roofing materials and systems, with a focus on:
• EPDM (Ballasted, Adhered, Mechanically Attached)
• TPO (Fully Adhered and Mechanically Attached)
• Commercial Gutter systems
• Project Management:
  Lead and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Team Leadership:
  Manage and lead roofing teams, including subcontractors and tradespeople. Your role involves supervising, coordinating, and mentoring team members.
• Quality Assurance:
  Maintain stringent quality standards in roofing installations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry best practices and complies with company standards.
• Safety Compliance:
  Champion safety protocols on job sites to ensure the well-being of all team members and compliance with industry regulations.
• Client Engagement:
  Interact professionally with clients, address their concerns, provide project updates, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Materials and Resources:
  Oversee the procurement, allocation, and management of roofing materials, tools, equipment, and personnel to efficiently complete projects.
• Project Documentation:
  Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, material usage reports, progress reports, and project documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing.
• Proficiency in EPDM roofing systems, including Ballasted, Adhered, and Mechanically Attached.
• Expertise in TPO roofing, both Fully Adhered and Mechanically Attached.
• Extensive experience with commercial gutter systems.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage both large-scale and small-scale projects simultaneously.
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• A solid work history with verifiable references.
