Data Center – Access Control & CCTV Technician

Location:

Richmond, VA. Pay: $26–$30/hr weekly pay and benefits. Application is urgent.

• Install and service access control systems (door hardware, MAG locks, electric strikes, card readers)
• Install and troubleshoot CCTV/security camera systems
• Pull, terminate, and test security system wiring
• Read and interpret access control blueprints and layouts
• Install and commission security panels, controllers, and headend equipment
• Support system programming, testing, and troubleshooting
• Maintain clean and organized cable and device installation standards

• 2+ years low voltage or electronic security experience (data center)
• Experience with access control, CCTV, and security systems strongly preferred
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Lift certification required
• Must be local to Richmond, VA
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi‑vis vest, steel-toe boots)
• DCJS certification is a plus
• Strong experience with door hardware (MAG locks, strikes, readers) and security installs
• Willingness to travel to job sites within Virginia as needed
