CBRE - - Responsibilities:
Oversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and lighting systems, including new equipment installations;
Inspect, troubleshoot, and replace components such as valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes;
Safely work with electrical systems up to 480 volts, following all applicable safety protocols;
Review historical maintenance records to develop proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules;
Deliver efficient and reliable service to internal and external customers
