• Verify install schedules and daily/weekly schedules for on‑site mechanics and helpers.
• Supervise mechanics and helpers, including arrival time, quality of work, and company vehicle condition.
• Order materials based on specs, submittals, and takeoff to ensure timely delivery to the jobsite.
• Ensure installs are performed per code and specifications.

• 5+ years of verifiable experience in a commercial or industrial plumbing role is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Own a personal set of tools necessary for the trade.
• Journeyman license required;
  Master’s preferred.
• Completion of OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction materials.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of local codes for various systems.
• Physical ability to crawl, kneel, squat, climb, lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and stand/walk for extended periods.
