McLauchlan & Sons is seeking a Certified Welder/Fitter with pipe welding experience to join their highly respected team serving industrial and commercial customers throughout the Richmond, VA and Tidewater areas. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

This is a role where you will be provided with your own service vehicle, cell phone and laptop to be dispatched from home and will be handling everything from service work on boiler systems to complete system installations. • Earn up to $125,000+ annually

• Strong Welding experience including being a Certified welder or ability to become one
• Mechanically inclined beyond welding
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Light rigging experience is a plus but not required.
