- Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
- Assist in installation of residential replacement heat pump, air conditioners, gas furnaces, duct work, and boilers.

- EPA Type II certification preferred.
- Excellent customer service and client skills required.
- Driven to achieve long and short-term goals within specific deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to make decisions, think rationally, and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.
- Understanding and commitment to a safe working environment.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- All successful candidates must be able to pass the required background check and drug screen.
- Any other job duties assigned by management.
