Turnover Coordinator - London Towne

General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for an experienced and certified Turnover Coordinator for our apartment communities in the Richmond, VA area!

Job Type:
Full-time

• Overall hands‑on organization of the renovations team
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure renovations run smoothly
• Schedule upgrades for units
• Order materials
• Ensure completion of HVAC unit repairs
• Prepare units for move‑ins
• Repair and/or install all appliances as necessary
• Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations
• Maintain paperwork

To be a top candidate:

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in general building maintenance
• EPA certification(s) are a plus
• Have a vast knowledge of electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, appliance repairs, and interior/exterior maintenance

A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and passing of a criminal background check required.
