Qualifications

We're seeking an experienced Field Supervisor who is ready to lead by example and deliver exceptional results!

What We're Looking For

10+ years of construction field operations experience in Sunrooms, Patio Enclosures, Windows, Doors.

You Should Have

Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods

The ability to quickly diagnose and resolve service issues
.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
.

Comfort using technology, tablets, and digital tools
.

Excellent organization and time management
.

The ability to think quickly and adapt in the field
.

A proactive leadership style with outstanding communication skills
.

The ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors while delivering win‑win solutions every time
.

Performance Expectations

Meet or exceed branch revenue goals.

Maintain outstanding 90-Day Branch Quality.

Keep projects on schedule according to GDI budgeting timelines.

Achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction on service surveys.

Develop Winning Teams

Apprentice to Installer within 3 months.

Installer to Lead Installer within 9 months.

Subcontractor fully qualified for installation within 3 months.

Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations.
