HVAC Helper

Stemmle Plumbing Repair Inc. & Affiliates is seeking motivated and dependable HVAC Helpers to support our technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities Field & Technical Support Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems

Support preventative maintenance and routine service calls

Help with ductwork, piping, and system components using hand and power tools

Pass tools, materials, and equipment to technicians as needed

Assist with electrical wiring, insulation, and system assembly

Operational Support Stock and restock service vehicles with tools and materials

Set up and clean up job sites before and after service calls

Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and equipment

Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance Keep service vehicles clean, organized, and properly stocked

Ensure proper handling and storage of all tools and equipment

Assist with inventory tracking and material usage

Safety Requirements Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Use appropriate PPE at all times

Perform physically demanding tasks including:

Lifting 50+ lbs.

Crawling, bending, squatting, and climbing

Working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions

Safely operate tools, machinery, and company vehicles (if authorized).

Physical Requirements Ability to lift at least 50 lbs unassisted

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods

Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
