Residential Plumbing Service Technician

Field-Based | Full-Time

$30.00 - $42.00 per hour depending on experience and skill level

• Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Evening Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and components
• Perform maintenance and service work with a focus on long-term solutions
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, and next steps
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and local codes
• Maintain accurate documentation and job notes
• Represent the company professionally in customers' homes
• Adapt to varying job conditions and service demands throughout the day

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Physical ability to handle tools, equipment, and varying job site conditions
• Willingness to work in different environments and weather conditions
