Sun Power is seeking an experienced Solar Crew Lead to oversee the installation of residential solar systems. You will guide a 2-4 person crew, ensure safe work practices, maintain quality, and meet project deadlines.
You will mentor junior installers and enforce safety protocols on every job. Your leadership and hands-on supervision are essential as you explain the system to customers, coordinate with fleet management, and keep job sites clean and professional.
