• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems at client locations with precision.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, surveys, and modifications as needed.
• Prepare for on‑site installations by assessing building layouts and gathering necessary materials.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, ensuring optimal condition.
• Keep comprehensive records of maintenance services, manuals, and repairs.
• Provide post‑installation training and technical support to customers.
• Accurately document job details and manage files effectively.
• Responsible operation of all company equipment and ensuring workplace safety.
• Manage resources efficiently by recording parts, labor, and material costs.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers, communicating findings clearly.
• Capable of reading product specifications and blueprints for effective repairs.
• Willingness to travel as required, including overnight stays.

• Minimum of 5 years of related HVAC experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current EPA Certification and HVAC Journeyman license in MD, VA, or Washington DC. Preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
• Membership in UA Local 602, or willingness to join.
