Job Description Summary

Road Mechanic position responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet of equipment including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines such as generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil & gas equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to reduce downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Work on a variety of makes and models in remote locations.
• Operate safely using hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical knowledge.
• Collaborate with a safety‑focused team of technicians.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines (generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $24.05 - $33.06. Starting rate may vary by location, education, training, and experience.
