This position is responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring the successful completion of underground telecom projects. The crew leader will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating the work of the field crew
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintaining open communication with clients and project managers
• Ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Providing training and support to team members

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the telecom or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of underground telecom project management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
