Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on mission critical HVAC systems, including chillers and CRAC/CRAH units.;
Inspect equipment, monitor performance, and identify reliability concerns before failures occur.;
Diagnose complex HVAC system malfunctions and perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, VFDs, and control circuits.;
Maintain and troubleshoot critical cooling infrastructure supporting data center operations.;
Document findings and service actions in reports and CMMS; identify opportunities for energy and reliability improvements.
